While going through different dungeons, you could find these poor allays. Some blue and some gold. The gold ones are more rare and the blue are more common. After finding enough of them, the allays would then grant you this artifact that allows you to call the allays to your side during a dungeon, and they would fly around you in a circle dealing damage to nearby enemy's.
