New Entranced hostile mob

The Entranced mob is a new hostile mob that spawns in new structures called the High Plane. These spawn at y=200, and look like castle rooms made of quartz. The entranced has a purple body and it’s limbs float around it ethereally. It wears a emerald crown. It spawns in the throne room, and only one can be present in each high plane biome. It has 150 health points, can fly and throws nearby blocks at the player as it’s attack. It can also charge a head but with devastating knock back that can knock a player off of the high-generating structure. It can also spawn skeletons to help it with no bows, just melee attacks. These are a special variant wearing a helmet called annihilators. They are 4 blocks tall. They do 1 and 1/2 hearts to a player in full leather armour. When defeated the enchanter drops 3-4 emeralds and 2 gold ingots, as well as its crown which, if you are wearing it, halves all the fall damage you take and gives a 5 second levitation effect to all mobs you hit.
