New hostile - "sicklet"

The idea of a new hostile that would be similar to baby zombies, called sicklets. They would be small with red oozing eyes, a drooping mouth, pale yellow skin, and a high pitched moan. When attacked by one of these sicklets the player would become slower and take 1 heart damage. The sicklets can be defeated when in contact with milk or attacked with an iron sword.
