Bring back old copper bulb and crafter timing

I noticed that in the new snapshot my machines broke or moved slower. I think this was a questionable decision because the reason the Copper Bulb and the Crafter were so hyped by the redstone community was because they made faster and new ways to make machines. Someone even made a world record for smallest machine with it! I would really like to see the old timing come back for these blocks. I understand that it would make it work more like other redstone components, but the whole reason the Copper Bulb and Crafter are so popular is because they are different.
