Rebind "throw stack" key (Java)

The "throw full stack" key is right now ctrl, so you always throw a full stack if you are holding the default sprint key. Rather than forcing players to rebind sprint, it would be nice to instead be able to rebind the throw stack key to something like "~" so that its less accidental!
