Rails isn't making Jumping/walking noise

In Legacy Console Edition, when you Jump/walk on the rails, it made noise. But in Bedrock (and probably in Java too), they don't make any noise. I point this out because my siblings play in creative mode in Legacy Console Edition on the PS4 and play with the Rails, but when one of my siblings updated the world in Bedrock, theres no noise.
