Ability to recover self-deleted posts

If a user deletes their own post, it is gone forever. Maybe posts deleted by the owner can remain in ‘Deleted Posts’ for up to 30 days. Posts can be recovered or permanently deleted. Only moderators or the owner of a deleted post can see the deleted post. After 30 days, if a post is not recovered by the owner of a post or a moderator, it is permanently deleted.

    This does not apply to posts that failed ‘pending approval’.
