Child Accounts should be allowed to play public servers such as Hypixel

Child accounts should be allowed to play multiplayer. Minecraft doesn't allow child accounts to play multiplayer. But chat should be disabled for them as there may be swearing or other inappropriate content that is why chat should be disabled but child accounts should be allowed to play multiplayer
