Minecraft Bedrock ruined

I think it started when Microsoft bought minecraft, but Bedrock edition is so unenjoyable. Minecraft Java is a such a good version of Minecraft, it has all the original features that allow minecraft to be even better outside of worlds. Your able to download mods, texture packs, skins, and it gives so much freedom. Bedrock edition is just a money grab, it restricts any customization behind money and makes minecraft bedrock so hard to enjoy. I really love Java edition but I wish it stayed uniform across versions. Minecraft had so much potential having players being able to create and share mods and texture packs without having others pay. Is there anyway Minecraft Java be available on other platforms?
