upgradable armor for wolves (unused items: scute, elitra...)

We could use unused items like turtle scutes to upgrade wolf armor. Similar to how turtle shells help players in water, by upgrading wolf armor with turtle scutes, wolves could swim better and dive in water, enhancing their ability to follow players on their adventures. Additionally, we could also add an elytra to reduce fall damage or even allow wolves to fly alongside the player.
