Copper doors are inconsistent with iron doors

I feel like its confusing and arbitrary that the copper door is openable by hand. prior to the copper door's inclusion, the iron door's unique functionality was indicated by the fact that it is metal, wheras all the other doors are wood. With the copper door's inclusion however, this is no longer the case, and the iron door works uniquely for no clear reason. I suggest that copper doors be made redstone openable only, to maintain the understanding that wood doors are openable by hand, and metal doors are not.

  Specialty considering we already have green and orange doors that work normally.
  This would give players who want to make games with lockable doors more aesthetical options besides very light grey.
