With the addition of bees and honey in the 1.15 update, I think the addition of bears could be a nice addition to go alongside them. After all, bears in real life are known for eating honey!
I think that bears could work well as a neutral mob, only attacking the player if they provoke them, similar to wolves. I think it could also be neat if they were able to catch fish out of rivers and break open bee nests.
