Dogs after taming a wolf

We already have Ocelots and Cats, so we should have Wolves and Dogs, the differences being that dogs have different types of fur, like black and white to represent Dalmatians, bright tan for Golden Retrievers. Maybe wolves can become dogs after being given name tags or being tamed, and there would be a 50/50 chance for there to be dogs or cats in a village, half the time it can be dogs, the other half can be cats.

I like this idea in addition maybe poodles, beagles and bulldogs could spawn too

No please, this changed for ocelots and cats, so it shouldn't be the same mistake with wolves. Like cats, maybe dogs have a chance to spawn in villages. Wolves are different, they're wild, they need their own wolf texture variations.
