As it stands, the F3 debug menu and F3+key codes offer immensely useful options for players to get information about their game. The issue is that these debug features are largely inaccessible to many of the players that would benefit from them.
The full F3 menu takes up tons of space on some screens and interacting with the game world causes it to rapidly change which can be very distracting. Most of the time players just want information from a single line when they look at the F3 menu, but with so much information on the screen, it's hard to find the one thing they're looking for.
The F3+key functions also give extremely useful information, but many players don't even know they exist.
I propose for these debug functions to be moved to an option menu, either in the game option menu, or accessed when the player presses F3. All debug options should be toggleable from a well labeled menu, just like the game options menu.
Debug options should include things like "display minecraft version", "display system specs", "display performance", "display coordinates", etc. There should be a high degree of granularity in what sections of the debug menu the player can turn on/off.
As for the F3-key functions, those could also be in the menu as options like "display entity hitboxes", "display chunk borders", "display advanced tooltips", "reload all chunks" etc.
Moving these options to a readable, navigable menu would greatly improve my user experience, and I expect that of many others.
