Messages through parrots

The ability to give a parrot a book and quill or a item then selecting a player on the server, or a mob with a name tag, and the item will be delivered to them, if necessary the parrot can only send the item to mobs with inventory like a donkey, lama, mule or things like bread to villagers so we can automate villager breading systems. We could even name blocks so that the parrots can refill dispensers or take items to a chest at home, for if you don't have inventory space left if needed some of the requested things like being able to send items to chests can be ignored because that could change the game to much to fast but if it is not ignored this could help make large redstone contraptions a bit smaller
