Nerfing enchantments

I believe the new attempt at nerfing getting enchantments, and biome “locking” them is a bad idea. It will take hours upon hour, even days to get mending and other enchantments. But I do like the idea of level locking theme that is to say requiring you to level up your village for better enchantments.
