Horse drawn trailors

What if you could craft a trailer where you could put chests and ride on maybe even have wandering traders use them for their trades plus have 6 or so slots you could either put a chest, 64 items, a block or you could sit on maybe even have villager that trades for them and maybe have one with runners for faster movement on snow
