A different take about skins, storage in minecraft

Hej, I have a suggestion for a way to add custom skins for PS4. The problem with ps4 is that you can't download anything from the web. I think that this limitation stops me from expressing myself.

Idea N.1

You could make it so that the official Minecraft page has a way where you put the picture for your skin on another device and log in so that when you go into the web on PS4 you should be able to click on an import button that takes you into Minecraft and applies your skin.

I think that this idea is unlikely to happen but being able to change your skin pixel by pixel in Minecraft.

Linking up all accounts.

I think that if I log in from one device and log in with the same account on another device I should have parity and by that, I mean that the worlds and skins I have should be accessible from every device with the same account. I also think this could make it so that custom skins that I import from a device with the same account I use on PS4 should be usable when I play on PS4.
