Alert world owners to setting changes

So sometimes when I'm in a world with my friends and they have operator permissions, they like to troll me by modifying permissions/world settings. So it would be great if the world owner is notified in game chat that x player changed x setting. This lets the world owner know that one of the players changed a setting (like turning on friendly fire) or messing with my permissions and was hoping to get away with it. This would make that impossible since the world owner is always notified of setting changes. Preferably this could be added as like a world option instead of just always on.
