copper bulb tick delay depending on oxidation

i thought instead of the copper bulb having either 0 or 1 tick delay, why not make it have both. the idea is that the tick delay depends on oxidation stage.

normal: 0 tick delay

exposed: 1 tick delay

weathered: 2 ticks delay

oxidized: 3 ticks delay

this would still have the advantage of using odd ticks as well as having tick delays that work with the other redstone blocks

    Then you can wax it to permanently choose your delay for that specific bulb. This is genius.

    It also makes sense because in the real world when copper oxides, its conductivity also gets down, so you could connect real world and minecraft lore together.
