The Copper Bulb and Crafter 1 tickspeed was intentional

It makes no sense why to nerf the tickspeed of the Copper Bulb and Crafter blocks to a slower tickspeed when their tickspeed was acutally intentional in the first place. Please stop breaking promises, we see that once a year in the form of a mob vote - it’s enough.
