Revert copper bulb changes

The copper bulb had been perfect when it was added. 1 tick delay was such a revolutionary and good addition to redstone. Removing the 1 tick delay feature removed so much possible contraptions and literally pushed redstone back to the victorian era. I thought this update was gonna be cool, but to ruin a perfect block, it's just wrong. I suggest bringing back the copper bulb to its original state, the 1 tick delay feature. It's gonna do so much. From 1 tick timings to faster updating, it's gonna change redstone for the better. Please revert the changes, we really need it.
