Command Error message update

This would update the Minecraft command error messages because they are almost not understandable please update them to make something like this: Oops. There is an error in you command. /give gives an item to a player and I think you forgot the player name. Here is your command: “/give command_block”. You need to add a player name like this for example: “/give Steve Command_block”.
