Report Players for Griefing

Add some feature like reporting a player for deliberately destroying other's work.

Griefing is a kind of violence and nothing that has to be protected. People do it not because griefing is essential to minecraft, but only because they feel superior by intimidating and sabotaging others. This causes mental harm for the victims, where they feel powerless because currently there is no way to get any kind of justice. Often, the perpetrator can be identified (i.e. via console), but the current reporting system does not allow for reporting this kind of violence.

I would like to see the possibility to report players for griefing. This would give victims massive support against their perceived powerlessness. Why no "/report griefing AccountWhoDestroyedMy2YearWork"?

And no, "whitelist" etc. does not solve the issue, because people who forget to add anti-griefing still are not responsible for being abused. There needs to be a mechanic for justice after victims become target of violence, because the violence cannot be undone.
