/gamerule doRedstoneEmitLight (to reduce lag on servers)

/gamerule doRedstoneEmitLight true/false

As we all know, redstone (particularly redstone torches and repeaters) changes light levels a lot. But sometimes, on servers, redstone contraptions can end up creating unnecessary lag due to the constant changes in light levels. If we could toggle this off somehow, it would help many servers.
