Kind of an oddly specific suggestion, but please hear me out. There is already an abundance of light sources with a warm color, but options for cooler ones are basically just soul-fire items and Sea Lanterns. Sea Lanterns are kind of awkward in their own right, as they are currently the only use for Prismarine Crystals. For what is presumably just a glowing crystal, its kind of odd that they are so limited in their use. Changing the texture and recipe of Copper Bulbs could give us more cool light sources to decorate with, as will as make Prismarine Crystals feel more like a "real" Minecraft item. This would also compliment the Copper Bulb's use as a redstone component, since it would allow them to be crafted pre-nether (unlike Redstone Lamps), and would allow them to be farmed without player/wolf interaction.
I made some textures & isometric renders of roughly what I had in mind, but quite disappointingly, this feedback site doesn't seem to allow images. Imagine a Copper Bulb but with the Sea Lantern texture visible in the areas that are currently flame-like, essentially.
