Bedrock Edition doesn't have /data commands (which Java Edition already has since 1.8, about 9 years ago), and so many players want this command to be added.
Syntax: Identical to /data command on Java Edition
Pros:
- Allows you to modify/delete enchantments on items, which is impossible with /enchant command.
- Allows you to apply enchantments with higher/lower level than usually possible to items without modifying world data.
- Allows you to modify the item's data other than enchantments too, like the leather armor's color and armor trims.
- Allows you to store some data in an item (like custom enchantments, custom stats, kill count on weapons, etc.), which is very useful with GameTest too.
- Allows you to modify the entity's data with this command, so you can change an entity's velocity with only commands.
- And many other things.
Cons:
- It might be a bit difficult to maintenance this command.
- I couldn't find any other cons.
(Note: I'm not very well at English, so my English might be incorrect.)
