Make crafters faster again

In the older snapshot crafters didn't have a limit on how fast they could craft. Now they have a 4-tick delay, which I don't really see a reason for. For general use it does nothing good and for big crafting it makes slow even slower. Hoppers we're already slow enough for auto crafting, and making the crafter a whole 4 tick delay is pushing it. Please put it back to no delay or at least 1 tick.

  i completely agree. the change was stupid af and broke a lot of redstone I built during the snapshot. they should bring it back because it was the easiest way to have a zero tick block.
