oxidized copper bulb with 0 light level when lit

A "lit" copper bulb has a decreasing light level with increased oxidation. The lowest light level produced by a fully oxidized is currently 5. 

In redstone computer displays, lighting updates can cause massive lag. In order to make the copper bulb less laggy in redstone uses, the fully oxidized copper bulb could emit 0 lightlevel (it should still have the 'lit' emissive texture, just not change the block lightlevel).

    trial chambers would be more complicated, this is great in many ways
