Being Able to Change Yours and other Players Settings with Commands

You should be able to change settings with commands. For example if you wanted to turn on friendly fire automatically, without having to go to settings, you could just place a command block and enter this: /setting friendly_fire on.

It would be very useful to mapmakers.
