Revert the tick change back to normal.

A new change was introduced in snapshot 23w46a which made changes to the crafter and copper bulb. But that ruined it. Please change it back to normal.

    everyone hates this decision there is no reason to make it consistent with other block that have nothing to do with the crafter and same for the copper bulb. they had some great functionality before but now that's all completely ruined.

    There are way too many suggestions relating to proposal of copper bulb single-tick delay. Please search before you post.
