Do not nerf crafters to 4 game ticks. (Unnerf crafter)

It is a good thing that crafters fill and operate entirely differently than droppers and hoppers.
It is a good thing that crafters can be used to simplify and condense redstone builds in a similar way to the original 1 tick copper bulbs.

Please revert the crafter nerf.
