Reverting the Copper Bulb is dumb

Having a new redstone block that operates on an odd frequency is amazing! Normally to get that kind of delay you have to use scaffolding, which is tedious and just increases the size of redstone machines. Having a dedicated redstone block for that purpose is wonderful.

  IKR and to think this was changed based on a FALSE bug report.

  I agree, it is better to have it the way it was before this new change.
