Change back the copper bulb

In the 1.20.3 Snapshot 23W46A, the copper bulb has been changed so now it has 1 tick of delay. It would be preferred the old way. It has a huge impact on the redstone world, but not on any other part of the game.

    This was one of the best things added to Minecraft in the last years. If they don't revert the change, I'll know they don't listen to the community at all. SO CHANGE IT BACK.

    The copper bulb delay needs to be reverted back from two ticks to one tick...

    I believe the change was unnecessary and only takes away the blocks uniqeness
