A better Version of the Phantom

Surely we all agree that we don't like the Phantoms? Well, I have an idea that could change that!

My idea would be as follows;

Unlike now, the Phantom would only appear with the player having the effect "Insomina"
Now you ask yourself; How do you get this effect? That's simple; You're scared
From the moment you either enter the Deep Dark or have been inside for a while, the Insomina effect pops up.

This means that you are now cursed, that the shadows of the deep will now also haunt you on the surface.

How do you get rid of this effect?
Easy! Go to Sleep or drink milk
