This block has a similar appearance to dispensers, droppers, and observers. It could be crafted from whatever the Breeze might drop, one of its faces has a fan texture that, when powered by redstone, starts spinning. From this face, a wind texture (similar to the one around the Breeze) appears. This creates a one-way windbox that can push entities. A new value of "weight" could be added to entities, the player is the base (1.0), dropped items are the lightest ones, mobs like silverfish and rabbits are pushed easily, while Iron Golems and Wardens can't be moved at all.
Multiple fans facing the same direction that are together and activated will create a stronger, uniform wind (there would also be a singular, big wind texture, instead of appearing multiple times, to reduce lag). 1 fan can barely move the player, while 4 fans can move them way more (this would also work vertically)
A block like this would be useful for moving items (instead of using water), and small entities, for minigames where multiple fans will make the players float around, it also fits with the breeze and tinkering vibe of the update.
