This is really simple. Copper bulbs stay on when pulsed and can be detected by a comparator, making a two block t-flip flop. Let's make copper doors and trapdoors toggleable as well! Then we could make a two block monostable circuit with a copper trapdoor and a observer. I can already think of a way to use this in redstone.
