New use for Echo shards: Armor Trims

echo shards have needed a another then they have right now which is a compass that hardcore players cant even use. One idea I had was to be able to add them to armor as trims. this could provide some interesting designs and it could possibly be animated.

    It might also be cool to change the recapie to dupe silence to require an echo shard

    Maybe it could be used to make aquatic armor, it could have some sort of oxygen producing energy, and it could allow for better deep sea exploring if my Seas and Trenches ideas make it.
