Palm Thief

Birgus latro(Palm Thief)
This mob would look great in desert biomes. It could live on palm trees on the shores of deserts, under which fallen coconuts would be born (which could be turned into bowls when processed on a stone-cutting block). 

The mob itself could climb the palm tree. 

When killed, the mob would drop its carcass, which would need to be combined with a sword in the inventory slot to get the meat of the palm thief, with the sword losing some durability. 

The meat itself can be cooked in an oven to get a nutritious meal. 

The palm thief can appear near palm trees as a single creature in numbers of one to two individuals. It reproduces using coconuts, laying eggs from which the offspring hatch.(It will lay its eggs at the bottom of fairly deep bodies of water)
