Most hostile mobs in minecraft are humanoid. Zombies, skeletons, piglins, illagers, etc. I think we should have more beasts as well. Some examples I thought up:
Warg: A large wolf-like mob that spawns in dark oak forests and is always hostile. Howls when it finds a new target to attack.
Spearfish: An aquatic mob that spawns around shipwrecks and coral reefs (since Mojang won't add sharks). Attacks by charging at the player, retreating, then charging again. It could drop a horn which would be the official repair material for tridents, kinda like the phantom membrane for elytras.
Gobber: A large toad-like mob that spits large globs of slime to damage and slow down targets.
We could also add neutral animal mobs that protect their passive counterparts, like bulls, rams, boars, and roosters. They could sometimes spawn with a group of their own kind (so like, a bull among cows, a ram among sheep, etc.) and get angry if you hurt their pack.
There are more examples, both fantastical and mundane, but the point is, we need more beast-like enemies in the game.
