Breeze Rod and Wheel Block - New redstone component

Breeze for now doesnt have a drop but seems clear that will be Breeze Rods, however i have a idea to a use to Breeze Rod

Wheel Block: Basically this blocks when charged by a redstone, will produce air impulses, that can impulse items in a 8 block limit, basically this will make the new crafters automatic farms more cool and more fresh
