1-Right clicking a breeze with an empty bottle should give an equivalent to dragon breath but in a limited amount so dragon breath is still relevant.
2- when a breeze go inside a potion cloud : it should keep the potion cloud effect and act like a living lingering potion (when an entity is near it, it gain the effect)
