sort of like towers, these would attack enemies in it radius, except for the prismatic laser and the copper spikes

the conductor: it shoots lightning at multiple targets, but place a lightning rod on it and it will shoot more powerful bursts at one target

the pulser: shoots a pulse that knocks enemies back

the prismatic laser: shoots a laser in a straight line like a rotational beacon

the echo mine: if you step on it, it shoots the warden blast

the copper spikes: enemies step on it and it slows them and causes bleeding damage
