Breeze should drop an item related to wind

This item would be used in several new items related to wind, e.g.

  • maybe a new way of boost while wearing an elytra (and so nerfing rockets)
  • arrows that blow enemies away like Breeze's attack

    This is a genius plan. We already had the fletching table additions feedback post that I voted for, and thus expands on it to make it better!

    Maybe a bottle of air or something that can make you run faster or you can fly for 10-15 seconds
