INTRODUCTION: Since Copper is a big conductor of electricity in real time, it would be nice to see a new use that gives Copper this strength in the game that can benefit more of the tinkering side of the next update.
COPPER CABLE: A new tinkering item that is crafted using Copper Ingots, Gold Nuggets, and Redstone Dust. You get 6 cables each time you craft it.
USE: An efficient conductor of electricity and a more versatile, cleaner alternative to Redstone Dust, it requires a source block that carries a redstone signal in order to carry out electricity (Ex. Redstone Block, powered light sources). It carries on the redstone signal by double the distance compared to Restone Dust, it can be placed in all directions, and can be used underwater. If the cable ends attached to a conductive block (Ex. Copper, Gold, Iron, Redstone Blocks), it transfers the electricity in the block(s) and can carry out the redstone signal for an extra 5 blocks, which can power anything in contact with those blocks in any direction, resulting in less mess as the Copper Cable doesn't need to directly connect to the targeted block in order to power it.
WHY IT WOULD BE USEFUL IN-GAME: This would be a huge feature for redstoners and tinkerers, giving a more expensive and specific but also a more versatile/cleaner alternative to Redstone Dust and carrying out signals, and can make contraptions less messy.
