Note Blocks next to Comparators should give redstone power from pitch

This will be useful in redstone contraptions, avoiding the use of things like storage blocks, while still being totally regulated.

    There are 25 total noteblock pitches and 16 total redstone signals (including 0). So how could it even be implemented
