Abort Customise controls

The custom buttons are awesome and cool, I can finally get back to gaming. But please remove that terrible area restriction and allow me to freely place the buttons wherever I want, instead of being confined to a specific area. The area restriction prevents the buttons from being placed at the top of the phone screen, which is exactly where I need them for multi-touch operations. Please get rid of that awful limitation.
