Trail Ruin Explorer Map

I have traveled 50,000 blocks in my world and haven't found a trail ruin (created after 1.20 so no chunks are old). I really want the armor trims. I'm playing on the latest version and I even went into creative mode on a different world and used /locate and they do spawn. I shouldn't have to use an external service like chunkbase to not spend hours of my life searching for armor cosmetics. Mojang, please add a trail ruin explorer map that cartographer villagers can sell, I get that explorer maps are reserved for very large "monumental" structures but we severely need this. I need this.
