Dispenser with Compass

Dispensers should be able to set a compass to a lodestone. This could help mass-produce compasses or make dynamic compasses that can be automatically set to track different lodestones.

    You can set a stack of compasses all at once to a lodestone. At least in Java. I don't know if it is different in Bedrock.
