Dispensers Use Axes on Copper Bulbs (etc.)

Dispensers still lack many right-click functions for various items. With the new copper bulb revolutionizing advanced redstone, now is the ideal time to add axes to the list of tools dispensers use.

Imagine...

• a storage system that tracks remaining supply and provides updates based on the brightness of a bulb
• a compact omnidirectional signal transmitted by brightening copper bulbs with axes in dispensers
• a functional display with copper bulb pixels automatically changing brightness

This addition makes perfect sense with the copper theme of the 1.21 update, especially considering that dispensers can already wax copper blocks with honeycomb.
